We are still closed!

Additional information:
-Both gyms were thoroughly sanitized yesterday and have been followed up with our regular cleaning crews.
-WODs will continue to be posted daily for you to do at home. Look for the WOD on this page and on our IG/FB pages.
-Check your emails! One was sent out earlier this evening with lots of information regarding our equipment loan program.
-Rest assured that we are doing what is optimal for the safety of our community during this time.

Find a backpack to load.
Find items to load it with (jug of water, dog food bag, books, etc…)

40 Russian Twists of pack
30 Overhead Walking Lunges of pack (any way overhead)
50 Goblet Squat of pack
30 Overhead Walking Lunges of pack (any way overhead)

:30 Hollow Hold

Don’t have a backpack? Find anything that can be loaded for the movements (courier bag, purse, etc…)
Don’t have anything? Do it unloaded, but grab something weighted for the Russian twists (an encyclopedia from the 80’s, jug of water, etc..)
