Today’s Part A is designed to test your aerobic capacity and ability of your legs to recover from intense efforts. Most folks should be shooting for 7-10 rounds of the test, scale accordingly. For Part B, we’re adding in a lactic flush, recovery metcon at least once a week to help you recover from the intense effort in Part A. The cadence for that is 5 breaths in 20 seconds. If you count your breaths and you’re going faster than that, slow down!
