Part A:
Strength
4×10 Weighted Glute Bridge (BB/Plate/DB/Odd Object – same load and reps as last week)
3×10 Forearm Plank Drag (increasing the reps this week from 8, to 10)

Part B:
Conditioning
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Strict HSPU or Box HSPU
DB Clean and Jerk

Suggested Warm Up:
2 Rounds
Jog 200m
10x Inchworms with Push Up
5x Burpees
10x Air Squat
5x Broad Jumps
5x Right Arm Push Press
5x Left Arm Push Press
5x Goblet Squat
1x Wall Walk

Then:
3x HSPU (or sub)
3x Right Clean and Jerk
3x Left Clean and Jerk

Finish with:
10m (4-5 on each side) Samson Stretch Complex:
Samson Stretch, 5 secs
Lizard, 5 secs
Pigeon, 5 secs
