A longer AMRAP today to balance out the intense effort from yesterday. Make sure you find good positions for the OH Lunge. The RX weight might seem light, but it requires good mechanics to stay in a good position. Scale down if you feel your form is degrading. Burpee box jump overs can be box facing or lateral – whatever you would prefer. For the TTB, focus on engaging your lats and pulling through your lats rather than using your lower abs. If you’re unsure – ask your coach.
