Yesterday was all about heavy breathing. Today is all about working with heavy weights and challenging movements. Your movement will be slower today as it should be purposeful as you work through the deadlifts and the pistols. For the deadlift weight – choose a weight where you can move through the reps as quick singles. You should never struggle with the weight.
