In 10 sets, build to heavy split jerk double from the rack.
Using 60% of what you hit in Part A, complete:
15 Shoulder to OH
15 C2B Pull Ups
Cap – 8 minutes
M: Pull-ups, Ring Rows, or Banded Pull Downs
Make sure each rep is perfect on Part A. Once it gets heavy, really dial in technique.
Part B is a burner. You should be able to move through this unbroken on the barbell and with quick sets and quick breaks on the pull-up bar work if you can’t do that unbroken.
