Today is the third of our four barbell based tests this block – you snatched Monday, worked barbell cycling on Tuesday, and are doing heavy clean + front squats today. You’ve worked in this pattern before, remember that if you clean it, you should be able to front squat it. We’re building strength in key positions with this complex.
