We are still closed!

Additional information:
– We had great success today with our equipment loan program! We had almost 100 people show up between both locations. Our next distribution will Saturday, 12-2pm. You may return your current gear for new stuff then as well.

– WODs will continue to be posted daily for you to do at home. Look for the WOD on this page and on our IG/FB pages.

– We are going to continue to do what is optimal for the safety of our community during this difficult time.

10 Burpee Broad Jumps
30 Double Shoulder to Overhead (KBs or DBs)
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Without equipment:
AMRAP 30
200m Double Farmer’s Carry
10 Burpee Broad Jumps
30 Shoulder to Overhead of gear
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Grab any bags and load two. Reusable grocery bags, gym bags, etc will work just fine and load with moderate weight. Shoulder to overhead can be press, push press, push jerk.
