Strict HSPU
Kettlebell farmers carry lunge per arm (1.5/1)*

*Use one kettlebell
12 alternating lunges holding with left arm, 12 holding with right arm
9, 6, 3 follow in same pattern

C: 8-6-4-2 strict HSPU or box strict HSPU
M: Box HSPU

If you don’t have a 1RM for this complex, then set one today.
