Today is fun. You’re hitting a PR. We’re betting that at least half of you will hit PRs today. Enjoy it, even if you’re using the small change plates at .5# and .25#. A PR is a PR and you’ve earned it.
Then Part B will hit you right in the face. If you’ve never done a tabata AB before and you think you’re fit, go ahead and try it. Your coach will stagger the class to accommodate as many people as possible. It’s only 4 minutes of work. If the AB is too much right now, then hop on the rower & pull hard for a great score.
