We’ll be adjusting the Circuit Fit schedule on Sundays, effective January 19 to reflect 8am and 9am classes! Open gym will run from 8 to 10am.

Every 7 mins complete:
400m Run
12 Push Ups
16 OH Plate Lunges
20 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Score = total work time.
Scale the run as needed.
