Laura Cook

Laura is a CF-L1 certified coach who grew up playing soccer on a nationally ranked competitive team and also participated in field hockey and basketball as a youth. She then found CrossFit after missing the competitive edge and team atmosphere. Functional fitness has impacted her life – creating a shift in mentality from “how I looked and how much I weighed” to having more strength-based goals. She loves seeing athletes pushing past what they think their limits are, and hopes that her passion for fitness helps people realize that it can be a lifestyle, and it can be so much fun.

Outside of her regular fitness routine, Laura loves the outdoors and spends her summers on the lake wake boarding and winters in the mountains skiing.
