Greg Hales

Greg is a certified CF L-1 Trainer; and began CrossFit in February 2011. As an athlete he played rugby in college, has completed a marathon and multiple half marathons, has competed locally in fitness competitions and recently began competing in Olympic weightlifting having successfully qualified for and competed at the American Open Series III event in September 2017. He has been coaching since May 2013 and enjoys helping people improve and push themselves in the gym, but he also loves seeing how CrossFit can help people in other aspects of their life and is grateful to be able to contribute to that growth. He enjoys helping members set goals and talk about how things like nutrition, mobility, and recovery (including sleep!) can have a significant impact on improved performance and quality of life (outside the gym).
