Eric Wilson

Eric has been exercising, either in a weight room or from playing sports, since the 7th grade. Through high school he played six sports: football, wrestling, track & field, cross country, swimming, and ultimate frisbee. During the off seasons, he was always in the weight room. By 2016, he found himself lacking motivation to go to his local gym and he think it was because he was finally bored of traditional weightlifting. He wasn’t excited about exercising anymore and basically stopped being active. In the fall of 2016, he was encouraged to give CrossFit a try, but was skeptical at first. He took a free Saturday afternoon class and instantly loved it. In 2017 he started assisting as a coach with the Athletes Without Limits (AWL) group at CFA and that group was his inspiration to pursue coaching on a regular basis. Eric has his Crossfit Level 1.
