Fall CrossFit Open is here! Workout TBA every Thursday night. The Friday 630pm slot will be the Open workout. Regular programming for all other classes that day. But you may do the workouts on your own, with a judge that you supply, during our other classes. Register here if you’d like to officially participate, or just c’mon in and do the workouts!
Each round will begin with 10 cal row. Then add a new movement each round. Each round will include ALL movements from the previous round. You could have 10x reps for each round (ie: round 5 will have 50 reps, round 6 will have 60 reps, etc)
First round: 10 cal row
Second round: 10 burpee over the erg
Third round: 10 wall ball shots (20/14)
Fourth round: 10 box jumps (30/24)
Fifth round: 10 TTB
Sixth round: 10 C2B
Seventh round: 10 DL (155/105)
Eighth round: 10 Ring Push-ups
Ninth round: 10 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
Time cap: 25 minutes
