8 Lateral over the Bar Burpees
Time Cap: 25 minutes
Today is so devastatingly simple. Most of us can do a cluster at our appropriate weight.. ALL of us can do a burpee. But this rep scheme, loading, and rounds are going to be incredibly challenging. Each cluster must pass through a full squat on the way to standing up.
Squat clean into a thruster (overhead) = Cluster.
