Today’s workout is much more deceptive than it looks on paper and by the end of it, your shoulder, quads, hands, and ego are all going to be bruised. As with most Saturday workouts, this is a longer piece, but there’s still plenty of time to warm-up successfully for your snatch and rope climbs. I would like everyone to snatch their first barbell rep. For RX, you must squat snatch that first rep. Everyone else can power.
