1 Snatch Classic – build to heavy single

Part A is 15 attempts to build to a heavy single. If you hit a PR, great. If you don’t, that’s okay too.

Part B is a straight forward couplet designed to test your ability to intelligently break up the work. No one is going to unbroken for all three rounds. So having a plan and sticking to it is critical to successfully completing this workout. A recommendation – one break on the STO (maybe 10/5) and then manageable sets of the C2B (either 10/5 or 5/5/5. The last thing we want to see is people going to single C2B or pull-ups in the last round because you’re burned out.
