This next block is going to be testing and focusing on THRUSTERS – heavy thrusters, light thrusters, thrusters in metcons, thrusters as a strength piece, thrusters in an EMOM (I’m running out of ideas here!) We’ll be doing some form of a thruster movement at least once a week for the next 6 week to build to two different test – a heavy complex like today and everyone’s favorite thruster-based metcon (coming soon!)
