Part A:
8 sets to build to Heavy Thruster double from the rack.

Part B:
Using 60% of what your heaviest set in Part A:

AMRAP 4 mins
3 Thrusters
3 Burpees
6 Thrusters
6 Burpees
9, 9 etc.

At 4 minute mark, rest 1 minute

Then, complete, FOR TIME, what you hit in the first AMRAP

SCORE A: heaviest Thruster weight
SCORE B: AMRAP reps
SCORE C: Time

With the open winding down to a close, we start narrowing the window of available movements, and I’m almost certain we’ll see thrusters in the next few weeks. Today we’re working the strength end of the thrusters with a chance to build to a heavy double in Part A and then the capacity in Part B. There are no maximum weights for Part B, but please try and not go below 75/55 on the thruster weight
