Part A today is designed as sprint intervals. Choose a weight that will allow you to go unbroken for all 12 reps on the DL. Don’t cheat the rest between intervals. Part B is pure aerobic capacity. Each of these intervals should be all out efforts. Don’t game it. Give the first one everything you have and if you fall apart by the end of the EMOM, so be it.
