Part A:
In 25 minutes,
Using 80% of what you hit on 3 June:
3×3 Back Squat of 1RM; rest at least 3 minutes between sets

Part B:

Squat works starts in earnest this week. This is going to be a tough cycle for them of you who hit both lower body days. Both days of the week you’ll be working off your 1RM back squat weight. So today, you’ll be doing 3×3 at 80% of your 1RM Back Squat. If your 1RM back squat is significantly different than what you hit on June 3rd, use your June 3rd max for your percentage.

Part B is couplet with very little space to slow down. Just keep breathing and it’ll be over sooner than you think.
