PROGRAMS & COURSES
Our Elements program is an accessible, but comprehensive introduction to CrossFit designed for all fitness levels. Designed over years of experience and success, Elements forms the foundation that enables us to teach the safe and mechanically sound movements necessary for long-term success in fitness and health.
Elements lasts three weeks and meets twice a week for a one-hour class. Our most experienced instructors introduce and guide each of the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Participants are taught how to optimally modify their workout to match their skill and capability in fitness areas as diverse as gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular fitness. Once you've completed your Elements program then you may come in for as many group classes as you'd like for the remainder of your 30 day period from when you began.
We’re confident our Elements program will make you ready for CrossFit and will form the foundation of your future fitness base.
If our standard times don’t work for you or you would like one-on-one attention from an instructor, we also offer Private Elements at a time that fits your schedule. For more information, email us at email@example.com.
We offer classes throughout the day weekdays from 5:30 am to 8:30pm and at various times throughout the weekend. These one-hour, instructor led classes are designed to meet the needs of our diverse community. Our experienced coaches will take you through a customized warm up and guide you through the WOD (Workout of the Day) with safety and efficiency, always offering appropriate scaling options, and plenty of encouragement.
Group classes offer a supportive community of individuals looking to become healthier and happier at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
CrossFit Falls Church now offers personal training!
Can’t make a class WOD? Want more time drilling the olympic lifts? Or simply just want assistance getting that first pull up? We can completely customize a workout program for you in one or two meetings to lay the groundwork for your own personal program, around your busy schedule. Or we can provide regular personal training every week, 1-4 times per week. These one hour sessions can be one on one, or two or even three on one if you have some friends you’d like to work with.
It all starts with an initial meeting with your coach to discuss what your goals are. Your goals may be weight loss, a new PR, injury recovery, sport specific, hypertrophy, improved cardio vascular endurance, etc. Through regular meetings and email support your coach can help you move forward to meet these goals.

CrossFit Falls church is pleased to offer two workshops, complementarily available to members on Sunday mornings at 10 am. Workshops alternate weekly between olympic lifting and gymnastics. See the schedule page or main page announcements for more details.
Both the snatch, and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and explosive output. These lifts are an integral part of our CrossFit program. With World Masters Champion Rick Bucinell every other Sunday at 10 am.
Our Gymnastics workshop will help you get your first muscle up, pull up, hand stand push up or hand stand walk — to name just a few things! Combining CrossFit with gymnastics is a great way to traverse some of our more challenging movements. With Coach Emily every other Sunday at 10 am.
CrossFit Falls Church is proud to offer Yoga for Athletes, which is open to members and non-members alike. Yoga is a great way to begin improving your fitness and can help make good athletes better. The CrossFit Falls Church yoga programs aim to improve your flexibility, balance, muscle endurance, and kinesthetic awareness. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to the yoga scene, our yoga classes will make you a better athlete by improving your overall strength and mobility.
CrossFit Falls Church offers two weekly classes with Lucy for our members, as well as two weekly classes at CrossFit Adaptation. Our various yoga class offerings include elements of yoga that work specifically towards improving your range of motion and incorporates basic yoga poses specific to a CrossFit athlete, as well as an athletic flow session for our more experienced athletes where each posture leads smoothly to the next in a guided practice with adjustments. Much like our CrossFit classes, our yoga sessions can be scaled to meet the needs of any fitness and flexibility level.
All yoga classes are free for active members. For non-members, the rate is $13 per session or you can purchase a 10-session yoga punch card for $120.
ADAPTATION BARBELL CLUB
The Adaptation Barbell Club is open to all CrossFit Falls Church members and non-members, and is hosted by our sister gym, CrossFit Adaptation in Arlington, VA.
The Adaptation Barbell Club meets Sundays at 11:30 am and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 pm with World Masters Champion, Rick Bucinell. If you’re interested in taking your Olympic lifts to the next level, the Adaptation Barbell Club is for you. The 90-minute sessions utilize a percentage-based program and incorporates supplemental lifts to improve technique and strength.
A three-month membership for current CrossFit Falls Church members is $50. For non-members, there is a three-month membership fee of $250.

Never done CrossFit before? Or you're a current member who wants to change things up a bit?
Circuit Fit is comprised of mostly body weight and low weight movements that are cardio based. A great way to get stronger across all domains, burn fat, and increase cardio vascular endurance.
There's a different workout for each class that includes a warm up, briefing/instruction on the movements, followed by 30-45 min workout, or two workouts that will take upwards of 45 mins to complete.
A great program for those who have never done CrossFit before. You can purchase 5, 10 or 15 class Punch Cards specific to this program here. There is no pre-requisite for this class.
These instructor led classes run every Thursday night at 630 and 730pm, and Sundays at 9am.
