We are still closed!
– Our next distribution for the equipment loans will be tomorrow, Saturday, 12-2pm. You may return your current gear for new stuff then as well. Or keep it for the allowed week.
– WODs will continue to be posted daily for you to do at home. Look for the WOD on this page and on our IG/FB pages.
– We are going to continue to do what is optimal for the safety of our community during this difficult time.

If you don’t have a PVC handy then use a broom or even a small tree limb.
3 Rounds of Tabata (:30 of work, :10 of rest)

When one movement is completed, move on to the next for a total of 8 rounds. If you fall off, then don’t worry. Just pick up and do the best you can to hang in for all 8 rounds.
