Oh boy! What a way to end the week. Karen is tough enough on it’s own. Running a 200 meter lap every two minutes is tough enough on it’s own. Today we’re smashing those two difficult challenges together. Manage your heart rate early in this workout and realize that it’s going to be much longer than you anticipate.
