Private coaching is an extremely effective and efficient way to reach your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify your fitness goals, assess your current fitness and mobility levels, and then design a program targeted at improving your weaknesses and maximizing your strengths to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Private coaching offers individuals the opportunity to improve mobility, learn how to properly warm up before a workout, focus on skills and exercises aimed at deficiencies and strengths, get in a workout based on individual needs, and learn how to apply post-workout techniques to recover quickly.
Private coaching may be right for you if you are training for a specific event, have significant health limitations, have not been exercising for an extended period of time, or if you just prefer the individual attention and accountability.
Private coaching is offered as both one-on-one or groups of two or three.
